Ness Botanic Gardens
The Tree Trail 'aims to take you around some of the most interesting trees at Ness. It follows the main route around the inner part of the gardens, plus a loop to see some special trees including the Handkerchief Tree'.
The Ness Tree Trail 'should take about two hours to walk, and is approximately one mile in length. On the way, there are places to stop and learn a little about the many wonderful trees found at Ness. The Trail is marked by a series of posts with red markers on them. All plants also have metal identification labels attached to them, although some are not as easy to find as others. Ness staff are more than happy to help point out plants if any have lost their label'.
