'This pleasant walk through part of the National Forest will take you through a variety of scenery in North West Leicestershire and show you examples of many aspects of the area's rich history ... The circular route is approximately 9 miles long, linking the villages of Coleorton and Swannington with Snibston Discovery Park in Coalville. The trail has been signposted throughout with specially designed mining wheel signs on the waymark posts.'
