'This walk starts at Blackheath National Rail Station and ends at North Greenwich Underground Station, visiting Blackheath, Greenwich, the Thames Path and the Millennium Dome. It is an easy walk of 5.8 miles (9.3 kilometres), with some moderate hills in Greenwich Park. The walk can be extended back to Blackheath by following the North Greenwich to Blackheath Walk, which starts at the Millennium Dome (O2) and continues through Charlton, Woolwich Common and Kidbrooke, making a complete circuit of 14½ miles (23½ km).'
